Shipping

To ensure the product arrives in optimal condition, we only ship from Monday to Wednesday. Delivery typically takes 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed from Thursday to Sunday will be shipped the following Monday for this reason.

During the summer months, we use refrigerated shipping to prevent high temperatures from damaging the chocolate. We work with Seur.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges, returns, or cancellations once a purchase has been made. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming it.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your purchase, you have 5 days to request a return via email, stating the reason and the invoice number. In cases where incorrect items were sent, returns must be approved by FOLCS and the products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in perfect condition.
